The habaneros are handpicked and tasted seasonally by momma MMMJerky, from a small farm, dehydrated in house, then stored whole to be crushed at a later time. The habanero is one ingredient momma MMMJerky takes most pride in as she has cared for each one from picking to packaging, making sure it is up to her standards.
